I brought a '94 Toyota 4 runner to be worked on due to leaking anti-freeze. Once they said they fixed it I got home and the problem was still occurring. I brought it back down to get fixed, and was quite disappointed that they charged me full price to work on it the second time. When I got home the second time the problem was worse. Very disappointed in the service and customer service experienced.
I live out of state but come to visit family in Hazard several times a year and I bring my families vehicles as well as my own only to MASTER TECH. I will never go anywhere else. They are fast, fair. flexible and very knowledgeable. Brenda is awesome she runs the front office and knows her stuff. Phil is the owner and ASE certified mechanic (can work on anything) which matters to me. I give them both an A++++++++.
