These people are financial hounds. Instead of calling or mailing me, they had their bill collectors call my work for a $15 'balance', I had no idea about. Beware doing business with these people. I or my family will absolutely never return! Calling a person's job is unprofessional and inappropriate! The physician is more concerned about payment than treatment. So unless you want their bill collectors calling your employer about questionable 'balances' find another doctor. (No idea how they found out where I worked, shady and alarming) Beware! Shame on you Mongiardo.
Update: AFTER paying the ridiculous and unknown $15 balance I am still getting harassed by his collectors. It has been weeks and I am still being harrassed. They call from different numbers and INSIST that I give them my social security number and date of birth over the phone or they "can not help me out". When I prompted them to call his office and get updated about my account they refused, insisted I give them my personal information and rudley hung up on me. I am so upset that I am about to file harassment charges. I am scared and feel like I have gotten myself involved with the mob or something! Stay clear of these people!
