I recently swam there and went to the ladies room. I always wipe down the toilet seat before using the bathroom. When I got ready to sit down I noticed a pad in the toilet paper dispenser. It was a bloody nasty pad shoved inside touching every piece of tp that came off the roll. I scrubbed my hands for 15 min. Then I notified the people who work there and instead of cleaning it up they put a sign warning people.
