I've been forced to use this service several times because there's no other freight delivery in my area. These people are 1) rude 2) never answer their phone and 3) hold shipments for weeks even months before delivering and no one can ever get ahold of them to see what's going on.
Great people I was called when they received my package may I add was very large I spoke to them even before they receive my package very good people friendly gave me all the information I needed. Delivered my package the next morning on time. When you pay hundreds of dollars for a shipment to arrive at your house you shouldn't have to wait a month to receive it especially when it sits in this companies office for 3+ weeks with no word at all from them.
