Great care but hard to get an M.D. Mostly Nurse practitioners.
went last week Wednesday to get medical clearance for surgery. Dr said come back later today and it will be ready for you. Ok so I hung out in town for a few hours. Went back and nothing is ready. Told it should be ready the following morning. Went back and guess what It wasn’t ready. Said ok I will com back to pick it up once I return from out of town. Got home, went today to pick up the medical release and guess what, STILL NOT READY. Now I have 4.5 hours into travel time not to mention extra hours waiting at the Dr office to be told it’s not ready. The excuse was dr was busy and out sick. I don’t care how busy the dr is. I’m a patient as well and my time is valuable. As far as the dr being out sick , not my problem . She was there last week Wednesday when she told me to come back in a couple of hours to pick up the release. Communication between dr office and register is non exsistant. Oh and don’t ever say the situation is bs because then they accuse you for cussing out the employee. This group is a joke. Tried to post with No stars but it wouldn’t let me.
Friendly Secretary receptionists for the most part. Physicians are really rude and snobby, with a know-it-all attitude, and unwilling to help. I am a chronic pain patient, and stay in agonizing pain daily, and most of them think that Ibuprofen and prayer can fix it all! They are really rude, and make a big deal out of every thing.
Very good place and friendly staff treat you just like family
