Clean and well stocked, a lot of bargains and some unexpected things. I bought a Serta futon in the funiture department for $199 and it is well built and easy to put together. A lot better than the futons that I looked at in Walmart, and they were more expensive.
Magic Mart is a nice little shopping place for odds and ends of items. It does have some good items too. Most items don't have a big price tag. This is not a crowded store, so you can find bargains.
I always find friendly and helpful employees.
I bought a 100 foot cable cord from magic mart Hazard ky because I was told i needed it. Well I didn't need it. I was in the store the next day and 3 different employees told me I could get a refund just to bring it back. Well the next day there was a different lady at the customer service desk she would not let me return or exchange the cord. My family just recently moved into the area. There are 3 adults in my home and all 3 have made purchases at Magic Mart daily. I think its bad business to lie to a customer. I also think its bad business to not give a refund on an item for $17.99 after I was told that they would refund on it. Now thanks to Magic Marts store manager who was rude to me will most definitely lose money now because nobody in my house hold will never shop there again. For the record the manager at Magic Mart told me that she didn't know how to contact her boss ( anyone with business since) knows that's a lie. She also said he was only there 1 day a month and she never knew when that would be.
Some of their prices are even better than Walmart & you can find stuff here that you can't find in other places.
