We rent storage here and it's a great place. The man who owns it is awesome.
I had a thirty minute window to pick up my uhaul in because the business owner was leaving town for the day. I asked him to give me an estimate on how much it would be based on the distance I had to travel. I ended up making two trips instead of one, so I expected the price to be a bit more. It was an in town move. I was quoted 62 dollars as the cost and a hold for that amount placed on my card. We made two trips and the Uhaul was right on a half tank when we dropped it off. I was billed the 62 dollar hold plus an additional 110 dollars. They claimed it was a hair below a half tank and billed me 40 dollars for gas and a 30 dollar service fee for taking the truck a mile down the road to fill it up. This is the worst service I have ever received and when I called to question the secretary she was exceptionally rude and talked down to me. I personally will NEVER give these people my business and I recommend that you do not either.
