Very pleasant staff who genuinely cares about your animals. Dr Hagans is a great guy!
Our dog, Sycamore, has died because this place turned us down due to that they were worried wether if they would get their money or not...I get paid 2200 a month. My dog had got a condition that made him very sick and wouldnt eat, started late saturday, vet wasn't open on sundays and early Monday morning when the dog was in need of emergency attention they wouldn't treat him. Now our 2 y/o son is running around the house looking for dog dog. We all miss him very much. He was part of the family. But they refused to see him. Just remeber when you go here...your pet isn't their #1 concern.
This place has been great to my family and pets. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that demonstrate passion for what they do. I can't say enough good about them. When my little Feist was attacked by a Pit Bull, I was prepared for the worst. We rushed her there and she was barely breathing, in Shock and lost a massive amount of blood. They went straight to work on her and she's now home. She's going to be awhile recovering, but she's made it through the worst of it with their help.
They are always so nice, helpful, and you can tell they care about animals. We've always had great experiences with them.
Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable staff.
