Worst experience ever. Car was dirty with no gas to test drive
A 9 am appointment on a Thursday turned into a telephone call on the following Tuesday about when the work would be finished, and the desk man informed us that "the guy who is working on it isn't here today, check on Wednesday." So.. yeah. We're trying to work with them today, Tuesday, to get it (4 working days after our appointment.) The job requested was a throttle control replacement. The end result work might be really great, but it's be great to schedule it in light of part receiving instead of holding the vehicle while the part is being shipped.
I have bought three cars from them (2 new, 1 used). Have used vehicle's checked out by your mechanic as they have a lot of junk.
They lie to make a sale then once they have the money they won't help you with anything or do what they said they were gonna do.
Wife and I went in along with a friend when we were shopping for a replacement for the wife's Cruze. We test drove several vehicles, no pressure, and they would bend over backward to find us a vehicle she would appreciate. When we found the one she wanted they had just gotten it into the lot and it was still at their prep facility waiting to be detailed etc before being put on display. They rushed it and got it ready for her, had her come back the following Monday (we went on a Saturday) and put brand new tires all the way around. When the wife went back for her first oil change this week, the salesman covered it for her, so we got it free. Definitely recommend this lot, they'll work you a great deal, give you a fair trade in and treat you right. Go in and ask for Bobby Inguagiato (just call him Bobby I).
