This is my story,, an I want to share it so hopefully no one is ever sitting in a position like I am now.. In my opinion, please shop around before buying a vehicle from Tim Short,, I bought one, hadn't had it two wks an the computer went out,took it for service, they put a band aid on it, an sent me back out, then it messes up again,, took it back, it comes back worse then before I took it for service. They said 'oh that's going to be 90$ an hr to work on that, its not covered under your warranty'.. ok well seeing as how its not even 30 days old, seems like you should have to fix it or trade me into another car..So I've been in a loaner car for 4 and a half months, which i just turned back in because i didn't want to get in trouble for keeping it.. Come to find out, they financed my car for almost triple its value, an no lender will touch it.. So here I sit with a broken car that's not even 6 months old, an no way to fix it. I'm a single mother who works full time an goes to college full time.. So please shop around, this is just my story, I've received several messages an emails from people with similar stories.. Please shop around..Like I said before, I am a single mother who works full time an goes to college full time, and have a daughter who I am also paying for college for. I literally saved for yrs to buy this car, and then to be done this way has been horrible. The staff didn't even want to help me, I had to go to another dealership to even get information on what was wrong with my car, an financing details. It's just sad, and I don't want anyone else to be in the position I am in now. Please shop around.
